The Research

Simple SCOTUS is the result of a thesis project completed by Will Severn. Our case brief formats were tested by high school students to ensure maximum efficacy. We also conducted surveys to evaluate young Americans thoughts on and interactions with the Supreme Court. Below, you can read the completed thesis and download the data from our surveys and focus groups.
